What's new

New: Write and send emails from a lead's Email tab as the assigned AI employee — sent from their real inbox, with the same do-not-contact protections as agent sends.
Edit an AI employee from their page: change the model, name, timezone, persona, and voice. Their email address never changes.
Choose your phone provider during setup: Saperly, or bring your own Twilio account (validated live before saving).
Creating an employee now previews their exact email address as you type — checked against your real AgentMail account.
Improved: Employee inboxes are checked for name conflicts with your AgentMail account BEFORE creating, so leftover addresses from other tools can never block a new agent.
