- A Value column on the Leads page: the seller's asking price when they've named one, or the estimated value for off-market leads — same on each lead's overview and property data.
- Leads are tagged automatically as they come in: their source plus motivation signals like vacant, absentee, pre-foreclosure, and tax-delinquent — and the tag filter now has something to filter.
- Composing an email or text pre-fills the owner's address or number from the lead — just write and send.
- The Texts and Calls tabs show your company phone number, so you always know the line the conversation is on.
