What's new

New: Your AI employee can open its own browser window when it needs to look something up. Each employee browses in its own window, so their saved logins never mix.
Your AI employee can place a phone call from your company line. Calling hours, do-not-call and consent are all checked before it dials.
Register your own phone as a test number so you can hear and read what your AI employee sends, at any hour.
Improved: Emails from your AI employee are now signed with their name and your company, and read properly — no more blank messages or huge gaps between paragraphs.
Sent email now shows up on the lead's Email tab and opens when you click it.
Texting is now part of every plan, not an upgrade.
Fixed: Texts your AI employee sent were recorded as sent but never actually left. They now go out for real, and the Texts tab shows whether each one was delivered, is still on its way, or failed — with the reason.
An employee on an overnight shift (for example 9am to 3am) never came on shift. Shifts that run past midnight now work.
The whole background workforce — daily planning, shift clock-in, lead assignment — was queued but never ran. It runs now.
Your AI employee shows "On shift" or "Off shift" consistently everywhere instead of an internal status code.
