What's new

New: The Buyer leads tab now shows your cash buyers: who they are, where and what they buy, the price they cover, how many deals you've closed together and how well you know them.
Open a buyer to see their buy box, their phone numbers and emails, why we believe they're a buyer, every note your team has written, and your whole conversation history.
Add notes to a buyer so what one person learns about them isn't lost.
Improved: Buyers who decide on their own — individuals and one-person LLCs — are marked and sorted to the top, because they close faster.
Team members are shown by name instead of an ID, and you can record what each person actually does — acquisitions, disposition, cold calling — alongside their permissions.
