What's new

New: Picture messaging. Your team can send photos to sellers and receive them back — a survey, a soil report, a photo of the land. It appears on your plan with its own allowance.
Your AI employees can now read documents a seller sends them. If something is blurry or unclear they say so instead of guessing.
Brain can now send an email or text for you, and it always goes out as the employee working that lead — so when the seller replies, that employee picks it up, not Brain.
Property details for lots and land: water, sewer, electricity, road access, whether the soil has been tested, and how flat it is. What's missing becomes something your agent can negotiate on.
Improved: Your leads are scored and checked against your buy box before an employee is given one. Before this they were worked in the order they arrived.
A lead outside your buy box is set aside and tells you exactly why, instead of quietly taking up an employee's day. Nothing is deleted.
Your leads list shows how strong each lead is, and sorting to your best ones is one click.
Email signatures are set up for you from your company details, and managed on each employee. You no longer have to write one.
The Brain page has been redesigned to match the rest of R35.
Fixed: Automatic follow-up work across the whole app had never actually been running. It runs now.
Picture messages were being sent as plain text and never billed.
Owners could open Brain but it couldn't do anything for them.
A missing page showed a blank white screen instead of telling you what happened.
