What's new

New: Pick the towns you buy in, not just the county. Your AI teammates stop chasing every lead in a county you only work two towns of.
A new Builder network tab shows the builders actually buying in your market — pulled from county permit and land-sale records — with the evidence behind each one and how recently they were seen.
Load AI credit during setup and see your balance straight away, with the amount and any processing fee shown before you pay.
Set your firm's brand colour, and see your own logo and name across the app instead of ours.
Lots and land are now scored on what actually matters — sewer, water, power, flood, wetlands and slope. You can make any of them rule a lead out entirely.
Houses now show walkability, nearby schools and area crime figures, each labelled with how precise it is.
Improved: Setting up your phone number, your policy and your buy box are now short steps instead of one long form.
Social profiles have a box per network, so you can see which ones help your application.
Your business address fills itself in as you type — the carriers reject applications over address typos, so this matters.
Every guardrail now explains in plain English what it stops, what happens if you turn it off, and who becomes responsible.
The final system check now reports on everything setup covered, and says plainly when something could not be checked rather than calling it a pass.
Fixed: Plan prices showed a dash instead of the price when choosing your plan.
Re-opening setup after tuning your buy box in Settings wiped the settings it did not ask about.
County targeting never actually worked — leads were not matched to the counties you chose.
Leads could be assigned to teammates who had already left.
The setup screen showed our logo and name instead of yours.
