What's new

New: Craigslist is now a lead source. Connect it and our scouts pull new for-sale-by-owner listings straight from Craigslist - the full listing: photos, the seller's contact when it's posted, and the land details (HOA, water, sewer, electricity, acreage) pulled out of the description for you. Suspicious or bait listings are flagged automatically.
Hunt frequency for Craigslist: choose how many times a day we sweep it for you. Foundation runs once a day; Premium up to four times, so your scouts reach fresh listings before other buyers do.
Every lead now finds its own contact. When a lead comes in without a phone or email, we work public records - county owner, business registration, Google business listing - to find one. The lead's contact section tells you honestly where it stands: still looking, found, or checked everywhere and none is published.
Improved: The builder network now tells you who each builder really is - and it's not just land. Basic details and contact stay free; the full picture (every property they've bought with price and address, what they build, how active they are) is a Premium view.
Cleaned up the Brain chat header so the Companion button lines up with the Manual/Autonomous switch.
Fixed: Removed a duplicate voice-calling feature that never actually placed a call; your real inbound and outbound calling is unchanged.
