What's new

New: Buyers for a deal: open any deal and the new Buyers tab shows real, recently-active buyers from the builder network who purchase that property type, price range, and market — ranked by how active they are, with contact. Premium shows the full ranked list; Foundation sees how many match.
Search and filter the builder network properly: a fast, typo-tolerant search by name, town, or county, plus filters for what they buy (single-family, multi, land, commercial), their price range, buyer type (builder, flipper, buy-and-hold), whether they have contact info, and how recently they were active.
Improved: Every builder contact now shows how confident we are it's the right business. We check the name and location against public records; a shaky match (say, a same-named company in another state) is marked 'unverified' instead of shown as fact.
The Premium builder analysis now unlocks correctly for Premium organizations — the full deed and permit history, property-class profile, and purchase volume.
Fixed: Removed a large blank area that could appear below the app when scrolling on some pages.
Fixed the 'On my phone' button on the website designer overlapping the next/previous arrows.
