What's new

New: Close deals through your attorney. Every lead now has a Closing tab that brings the seller, buyer, your attorney — and, for a double closing, your funder — into one place, emails each party, and keeps the closing moving. On a double closing, R35 keeps the seller and the buyer from ever seeing your spread. Build your list of attorneys and funders from the new Attorney and Funder tabs on Leads and pick who you want for each deal.
Add and use a payment card without leaving the app — no more being sent out to an external checkout page. Your business name and address are filled in for you.
R35 now stays online for you. Close the window and it keeps running quietly in the menu bar, and it can start when you log in — so your twice-daily lead scouting still runs even when the window is closed or your screen is locked. If it was closed during a scouting window, your to-do board tells you.
Sign out of your other devices right from Settings (it asks for your password first), and see where each session is signed in.
Improved: A much simpler app. We removed a long list of settings pages you were not using and tidied the rest. Underwriting now lives on one page together with your comps and skip-trace spend.
Pages that used to ask for a raw ID — Decisions, the Audit log, Consent and Do-not-contact — now let you search by name or address instead, and read in plain English.
Your Branding page now shows your logo, business name and address, and the Provider keys page shows whether your email is connected.
Fixed: Your buy box was turning away good leads. A house under your price ceiling, or one tagged the way you buy (vacant, distressed), could still be marked 'outside your buy box' — so your whole day's leads got parked and never had their owner looked up. It now matches correctly, your leads qualify, and contact discovery runs on them. If your box ever starts rejecting almost everything, your to-do board will warn you.
Buttons in the bottom-right corner (like Add rule) now work — a small version label was invisibly catching the click.
