What's new

Improved: Your AI scout is much better at finding off-market leads on the web. It now reliably clicks through to county and listing sites instead of getting stuck on a search page, checks public county records directly the moment it has an address, and stops itself if a page won't load instead of spinning.
The AI providers screen is simpler and clearer: use R35's AI on prepaid credit or your own key, and choose who runs your AI phone calls — R35's account (nothing to set up) or your own xAI account — with a plain-English “read more” and the freedom to switch back anytime.
Fixed: The home dashboard and billing page no longer go blank in some accounts (a panel with no activity yet used to crash the whole page).
Adding a payment card now works right inside the app — the card form is served over the secure connection Square requires.
The “Restart” button after an update now fully restarts and installs the update.
Removed a noisy background error that was repeating in the logs while viewing the audit log.
