What's new

New: You can now set how often your AI texts a lead who is not replying, in Settings under Comms then AI conversations: how long it waits between texts, and how many it may send in a day without an answer. The moment the lead replies, neither limit applies, so a live conversation is never slowed down.
Improved: When a seller texts back to say the property is not for sale, they now move straight into your keep-warm list. Your AI stops calling and texting them that day and plans a spaced check-in instead, so the relationship stays open without anyone being pestered.
Fixed: Your AI no longer sends a lead several texts in a row within minutes. While your own last message has not been answered it waits, and it stops after a few in a day — until the lead replies, which clears both straight away.
Your AI no longer greets someone by another owner's name. On a property with more than one owner on file it could open a text with a co-owner's first name while sending to a different person's phone; it now uses the name of whoever's number it is actually texting.
