What's new

New
  • Your AI now emails a seller whenever it has their email address, as well as texting and calling, and no longer stops to ask you whether it may. There is a switch for it in Settings under Comms then AI conversations, on to start with.
  • When an email bounces back as undeliverable, that address is added to your do-not-contact list automatically and nothing will email it again. The bounce message is then removed from your AI's inbox so it does not clutter it up.
  • Skip tracing now has its own page in Settings, with your balance, the buy button and your usage history all in one place instead of buried in AI spend. There is also a new switch there that lets your AI run skip traces on its own without stopping to ask you in the team chat, on to start with.
  • An office that is holding leads with nobody working them now says so on your attention board. Before this, an office could sit with a full book and no employee switched on, and nothing anywhere would tell you.
Improved
  • The qualification tab on a lead now reads as a table — what was checked, what it found, and what effect it had — instead of a run-on paragraph.
Fixed
  • Emails that were scheduled to send later were never checked against your do-not-contact list, so one could go out days later to an address that had already bounced or opted out. Every way an email can leave now checks that list.
  • Contract-signing emails are now checked against the same list before they are sent.
  • Your AI no longer researches what else a seller owns unless that seller is qualified and has actually replied to you at least three times. It was spending county lookups on people who have never answered.
  • The funnel on your home screen counted buyer leads alongside sellers, which made your conversion look worse than it is — a buyer lead can never reach the later stages. It counts sellers only now, and each stage says what it means: “Reached qualified” is how many got there over the period, not how many you are holding today.
  • Your AI kept making new work for a lead it had only just texted, and that work woke it straight back up again. One lead collected 109 of these in a single day, which is where a lot of your AI credit was going. It now leaves a lead alone for an hour after working it — unless the seller writes back, which always wakes it straight away.
