What's new

New: Follow-ups has its own page now, under Leads. It shows who you are actually talking to and who is queued up next, side by side: “In conversation” on its own, then one pipeline holding “In pipeline”, “Stood down” and “Ended” together — so it is obvious that a stood-down seller is just this pipeline stopped, and an ended one is it finished. “Keeping warm” is now called “In pipeline”. Under contract has gone from this screen because the Deals page already has it, and the page tells you how many signed sellers moved there.
Improved: The numbers at the top of that screen used to disagree with each other — it said 338 sellers were being kept warm above a tab reading 317, and quoted 222 owed a touch above a filter showing 213. Every figure was right; they were counting different things under the same word. Each number now says what it counts, and every one of them can be clicked to see exactly the sellers it is about.
Your attention board now says how much of a list it is not showing you, instead of quietly stopping at the first fifty.
Fixed: Your AI was planning follow-ups for leads you had already disqualified or archived, then cancelling them an hour later, then planning them again — for days. That is where almost all of the “follow-up never went out” warnings came from. Dead leads are out of the follow-up book now, and the ones already stuck in it are cleared out.
Follow-ups were being scheduled through the middle of the night, when nothing is allowed to send. Not one of them ever went out. They are now scheduled for the next time it is actually allowed to reach that seller, and a follow-up that slips is pushed back gently instead of being re-tried every hour.
A follow-up is no longer counted as missed while the job to send it is still sitting there untouched, and a cancelled one is recorded as stopped rather than missed. Where something did go wrong, the reason now says which: we refused to send it, we sent it and it was never delivered, or nobody tried. A text the carrier never delivered no longer counts as delivered — so your “landed” number will drop, and it will be the true one.
