- New
- New seller status: Qualified – Not Interested. Your AI moves a seller into it when they say they are not selling. They stay in your follow-up pipeline for the long game, and the call and text arcs stop chasing them.
- Anything you tell your AI in the team chat is now the whole firm's rule, not one teammate's. Before this each AI employee kept private notes, so a standing instruction reached whichever one happened to be listening and the others carried on asking. You can read and edit them under Settings, AI and automation, Rules for your AI — and see which are reaching your employees.
- Improved
- Your AI stops asking permission to look somebody up. If a lead has no working way to be reached — a text that never delivered, a dead handset, a landline — it runs the skip trace itself. And when the trace names the owner of record instead of the person on the lead, it uses that contact and greets them by their own name, rather than stopping to ask you.
- Two things removed: the Documents tab on an AI employee's page, and the 3D and 2D property map views. The land layers map with the lot lines on it is the one map now. Your AI also stops filling its memory with a note every time it clocks in.
- Fixed
- When a seller tells you they are not selling, everything stops — every queued text, call, email and postcard for that lead is withdrawn, not just the one channel they replied on. Their own words are kept on the record. Before this the AI answered politely and then carried on: one seller said "not for sale", got a courteous reply, and was texted twice more that afternoon because the calls already booked were never cancelled. An emailed no now stops it too.
- Any email that bounces now goes on your do-not-contact list, and the bounce notice is cleared out of your AI's inbox — on the mail server as well as here. Previously only "permanent" bounces counted, and Amazon labels its own give-up as temporary, so nothing was ever added and the notices piled up.
