What's new

New: Lot dimensions now show in feet along each side of the lot you have selected, on the map and on the exported site plan. They are approximate — taken from the county's published lot line, rounded to the nearest five feet, not a survey — and the picture says so. A side that curves gets no figure at all rather than a straight measurement across a bend.
Click any lot on the map and you can turn on Buildability to see how it grades. For lots outside your own lead it will say it has not been assessed and why, rather than showing you a flood zone that might belong to the lot next door.
Improved: The Follow-ups page now pages like the leads list, with 25, 50 or 100 rows at a time, and you can narrow it by day: how long a seller has been at this stage, when you last heard from them, and when their next touch is due. The stage totals stay the whole firm's, so opening one page never makes the other stages look empty.
Lot outlines on the map are drawn far more accurately. They were being simplified so heavily that up to half the ground inside a lot fell outside its own drawn line, and a little of it fell inside the neighbour's.
The map no longer shows a disputed owner, an old 2017 record and a current owner in the same way. A name that is out of date carries its year, a name the county has cut short says so, a disputed one shows the parcel number instead, and "we have not looked" reads differently from "the county publishes nobody".
Fixed: Exporting a yield study picture works again. It was saving a completely blank image: the setting that lets the map be captured had quietly stopped applying, so the file was empty every time. The button now shows that it is working, cannot be pressed twice, and refuses to save a picture with nothing in it.
