What's new

New: Fast Texting. Hand a batch of leads to an AI employee and it reaches all of them, one message at a time at the rate your carrier allows, so a large batch does not look like a blast. Open it from the Fast Texting button in the header: your allowance for today and this month, how much of it batches may use, what has been sent, delivered, replied to, and what could not be sent and why — including numbers that turn out to be landlines.
A conversation view inside Fast Texting lists every lead on a batch and opens the thread, the same view as the Text tab on a lead. A message still waiting shows as pending with when it is expected to go.
You can mark a selection of leads for Fast Texting while you assign them, and the employee works the whole batch in one go.
Fast Texting is a Premium feature.
