What's new

New: Fast Texting shows how many texts you are allowed today and this month, and how many have already gone out. If we have not been able to read your carrier limit yet, it says so plainly instead of showing a number that is not real.
Improved: You can now text or email a buyer, attorney, escrow officer or funder without assigning them to anyone first, so two people are never blocked from talking to the same contact.
Your AI employees no longer re-open leads they already reached out to today. A lead comes back the same day only if that person replied.
An employee that has reached every lead in its book now stops instead of searching for more work that is not there.
First outreach is quicker: an employee reads the land facts, the text and email history, the property file and its own notes, then sends. It no longer wanders off into valuations and sales history before saying hello.
Employees are noticeably cheaper to run. The same work now takes a fraction of the reading it used to.
Fixed: Property types in an uploaded file are kept exactly as you set them. A vacant house is no longer saved as a vacant lot.
Buyers are no longer written off as unreachable when the only problem is that we have no address on file to look them up by.
Employees can now find and use the Fast Texting tools they were told to use. They could not see them before, and said so in team chat.
Money amounts on the attention board show their thousands separator again.
