What's new

New: A Send texts tab in Fast Texting. Choose the teammate, choose the leads, write the message yourself or pick one you saved, see exactly how it reads for a real lead, then send. Until now a batch could only be started by an AI teammate.
Reusable blocks. Save a piece of wording once — your sign-off, a standard line — and pull it into any message with a short token. The editor shows how many messages use a block before you change it.
Merge fields in the template editor. Set which details a message needs, and what to fall back on when one is missing.
Improved: Your AI teammates now write their own text message for a batch and it becomes a real saved template you can open and read afterwards. They no longer stop to ask you which template to use.
Messages are written for the individual lead from what we know about their land, rather than one wording sent to everybody.
Saving a message no longer runs a long list of checks that were blocking perfectly good wording. Your opt-out line, quiet hours, consent and do-not-contact are unchanged and still applied to every message we send.
Fixed: Fast Texting can read your carrier's daily limit again. It was coming back blank, which left the sheet saying "not established" and stopped every batch from starting.
Fast Texting now shows what it actually knows: how many texts went out today, and real zeros for a workspace whose batches have not run yet, instead of "not established" everywhere.
A saved message with a placeholder in it is no longer mangled when your workspace uses branded links. The wording is stored exactly as you wrote it.
New workspaces get the starter message templates they were always meant to have.
