What's new

New: Fast Mode sends by email as well as text. Pick either or both when you start a batch. Emails go out through your normal mail set-up, copying the same people your other emails copy.
An Emails tab beside Conversations, showing what your teammates have emailed on a batch — the same mailbox view you already use on a teammate's page.
Write your own message and see it rendered for a real lead before you send. There is a picker for the details we fill in for each person — their first name, the property address, the town — so you no longer have to remember what to type.
Ask for several versions of a message and send them rotated across the batch, so the same wording does not go to hundreds of people at once. We suggest how many a batch your size should use.
A starting message is written for you, so the page is never blank.
Improved: Conversations is now the record of every text your AI has sent, not just one batch. Filter by date and by what happened — replied, waiting on you, no reply yet — with a count beside each, and page through it however long the list gets.
Each conversation is tagged with how it started, blast or standard, so you can see whether quality or quantity is working better for you.
The Conversations list scrolls and pages properly, fills the window, and has a button to open the lead.
Fixed: A batch that cannot send now tells you why in plain English, and shows you the message it was going to send instead of leaving a gap.
A finished batch shows real zeros rather than "not established" for things that plainly did not happen.
A conversation with delivered messages is no longer labelled blocked.
Sellers whose name is on file surname-first are greeted by their first name, not their surname.
