What's new

New
  • A firm-wide switch for the morning brief, under Settings → Read aloud & morning brief. Turn it off and nobody here gets a daily briefing. Only the account owner or an admin can change it.
  • The Texts tab now filters by teammate, the same way the follow-ups page does — your work, everyone in this office, or one person's, each with a count.
  • The thread now shows every number on a lead, which one replied, and which one the next text goes to — the same control the lead page has.
Improved
  • You can always type and send in a Fast Mode conversation. The message box used to be locked whenever a batch existed, even a finished one. If a batch still has a text queued for that person you are told, and you decide.
  • The message box grows as you type instead of staying one line.
  • The batch list is a compact row with a Details button, so a screen shows many batches instead of two. The reason messages were blocked now sits at the top of the tab.
  • Batch share is a switch with a confirmation that tells you what will actually happen, and only the account owner or an admin can see or change it.
  • Your teammates' messages read like a person wrote them: names and addresses are no longer in capitals.
  • Scrolling the conversation list no longer drags the open conversation with it.
Fixed
  • "My work" in the Texts tab was showing everyone's texts, not yours.
  • A seller whose name is on file as CROWDER DUSTIN J is now greeted as Dustin, and their address reads 115 E Holly St rather than 115 E HOLLY ST.
  • The starter message is one text part again instead of three — a punctuation mark was quietly tripling what every message cost to send.
  • The morning brief is now off unless a firm asks for it.
