What's new

New: Leads you pick for Fast Mode now gather in a bucket instead of starting a send straight away. Add 25 now, find 30 more, add those too — nothing happens until you say so. Each teammate has their own bucket and it holds up to 500 leads.
When you are done picking, you send the bucket for approval. Your teammate writes the messages, and the batch waits for you with the actual wording on screen. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Before you approve, you are shown what the send will use against three separate limits: what your phone carrier allows today, what your R35 plan includes this month, and your own spending ceiling. If it would take you past what your plan includes, you are told it will cost extra before you commit.
You can take leads back out of a bucket — one at a time, or empty the whole bucket. Emptying asks you to confirm and tells you how many leads that is.
A new filter on the leads page, "free to work now", shows only sellers who have not been through a workflow in the last week. Anyone contacted more recently is skipped automatically so the same person is not worked over and over.
If a teammate has staged the same lead as you, you are warned while you are still filling your bucket — not after it sends — and you can drop those leads at the moment you approve.
Unread replies now show a count in the Texts conversation list, so a seller who wrote back while nobody was looking does not sit there unnoticed.
Improved: The Fast Mode limits at the top of the page now say whose each one is: what your plan has counted this month, what Fast Mode's own share has used, and what your phone carrier allows in a day. They used to sit side by side as though they measured the same thing.
Your teammates can now reach the other contacts on file for a lead without you allowing each one by hand, and the message greets that person by their real name.
There is a daily limit on how many workflows your firm and each teammate can run, to protect your phone number from being shut down by the carrier.
Fixed: "Sent this month" was counting only Fast Mode batches while measuring them against your whole plan, so a firm that had used most of its month was told it had used none of it.
Approving a batch failed every time and nothing was sent.
The same seller could be messaged twice — by two teammates, by two batches, or because they owned more than one lot. One person now gets one message, whichever lead it came from.
Some messages went out greeting nobody, reading "Hi ," where the name should be.
The leads page workflow filter was ignored, quietly returning your whole book instead.
A buyer, attorney or closing company on a deal had no way to open their lead.
