What's new

New
  • One control at the top of Fast Mode sets whose work you are looking at, and it changes everything on the sheet at once — batches, texts, emails and the send page. The separate pickers on each tab are gone.
  • Your unpaid invoice now says the date your sending stops and the date the account is suspended, on the bill, on the home screen and in the emails we send you. It used to say only that something would eventually happen.
  • Admins can now pay an outstanding invoice, not just the account owner. Admins also receive every billing email. Changing the plan, cancelling and the spending ceiling stay with the owner.
  • Every invoice now records who paid it, so you can tell an admin's payment from an automatic charge.
  • You can take leads back out of a Fast Mode bucket — one at a time, or empty the whole bucket with a confirmation that tells you how many that is.
Improved
  • Adding leads to a teammate's bucket now assigns those leads to them at the same time. A lead already in a colleague's book is added and flagged rather than quietly taken off them.
  • Your AI teammates now text a seller once a day at most, about four days apart, and stop after four unanswered messages — the lead moves to Qualified Not Interested and shifts to the slower keeping-warm track instead of being chased.
  • The Brain only looks at leads that actually need something today, which cuts the morning planning work by roughly three quarters and the cost with it.
  • A lead nobody can reach on the channels a teammate uses is set aside quietly instead of becoming a question for you.
  • Fast Mode messages greet people by their real name where the only contact on file belongs to a relative or co-owner.
Fixed
  • We never sent the email telling you a card payment had failed. Paying an invoice by hand skipped the notice entirely.
  • Some messages went out with no name in the greeting.
  • A buyer, attorney or closing company on a deal had no way to open their lead.
  • The shared email view stopped naming which teammate was handling the conversation.
  • Conversation lists could show a send time against the wrong day.
