What's new

New: The Fast Mode button in the header now shows how many conversations have a reply nobody has read yet, so a seller who wrote back is not missed.
Every blocked or failed message has a "see why" you can open — closed by default — that tells you exactly what stopped it, in full, including the ones that need something from you.
A Tasks tab on every lead, showing what your teammates have planned or done for that seller and whose task it is.
If an image is too large to send, you are now asked whether to shrink it instead of just being refused. Your AI teammates can shrink one too.
A call that was not answered, went to voicemail, or that the carrier could never put through are now three different results instead of all reading "failed".
Improved: Your teammates can now try a seller's other numbers when the first gets no reply — while still never texting the same number twice in a row.
When a teammate texts or emails a seller, the task that asked for it closes itself. They no longer have to remember, and it stops the same seller being contacted again and again.
A seller who has already been worked today is not picked up again the same day unless they reply.
The Fast Mode limits sit on one line with no empty space beneath them.
Your teammates no longer plan things the product cannot do, such as mailing a postcard.
Fixed: A seller could receive four near-identical first messages in one day. That is closed in four separate places.
A seller who replied could be met with silence because the system thought a message to them was still in flight.
A seller who had just spoken to one of your teammates on the phone never got the follow-up text.
A message blocked for a reason we had a sentence for still showed a bare red "Blocked".
Good outcomes — they replied, they are being rested, another teammate already has them — no longer read as "Blocked".
Sending ten images at once passed every check and was then rejected by the phone network.
