What's new

New: You now buy texts and calling minutes up front, on the Phone & texting plan page, the same way you buy skip traces. Your monthly plan allowance is unchanged and is always used first; the packs cover whatever you send past it.
You are warned before you run out — on a banner and on your home screen — with enough left to buy more before anything stops.
If leads in your bucket have no phone number and no email, you are offered to find their details first. It tells you how many skip traces that will use and how many you have left, and asks you to confirm twice.
A Cancel all open tasks control that really does cancel all of them, including work scheduled for later.
Improved: Fast Mode is two steps. Put leads in a bucket from the leads page, then go to Batches and press Approve & Send once. Your teammate writes the messages and sends them — you no longer submit a bucket, wait for it to be written up, and approve it a second time.
Before you press, you see what the send will use against what your carrier allows today, what your plan includes this month, and what is left in your packs.
Fixed: Your AI teammates could not send their own wordings at all — the tool demanded a saved template and then refused saved templates.
A batch could quietly text fewer people than it said it would.
Cancelling a teammate's tasks left the later-dated ones behind, so the list refilled itself.
A task already finished today could come straight back as a duplicate.
An empty bucket that had loaded perfectly well said it could not be read.
A firm still signing up was quietly calling six screens it is not allowed to reach yet, every two minutes.
