What's new

New: The Fast Mode batch screen now has a live card at the top showing what is going out right now. Pick a teammate and you see their batches; pick everyone in the office and you see every batch that is sending, each one named by whose it is. It refreshes every few seconds while something is running, and shows nothing at all when nothing is. A send-again is marked as one.
A batch’s details now break its numbers down by rail: how many messages went out by text and by email, and how many each rail refused. These are message counts, not people — the sheet says so, and the people figures above them are unchanged.
Fixed: An AI teammate will no longer work a lead you have taken over. It was still possible for one to be handed a property through a chat mention and start working it — on one lead this happened four and a half hours after the takeover, and it wrote asking what to offer. The check now happens at the moment a teammate actually touches a lead, so it no longer matters how the lead reached them.
Deleting a lead used to leave things behind. Its texts stayed in the Texts list as conversations with no name and no address, every click on one failed, and replies on them counted as unread for everyone in the firm with no way to clear them. Assignments, call records, mail threads and follow-up records were also left behind, which quietly inflated how much work each teammate looked to be carrying.
A stretch where nothing was sending is fixed: a database setting left on a shared connection was making the product unable to read which firm a request belonged to. It stopped some jobs, blocked some sign-ins, and let others run that should have been held.
