- New
- The Fast Mode batch list now has search, filters and paging. Search a batch by the note you wrote on it; filter by what it is doing, which rail it went out on, when it ran, or whether it is a follow-up; and page through with 25, 50 or 100 at a time. It also fixes a long-standing limit — the list only ever loaded the newest 50 batches, so "Show more" stopped there no matter how many you had, and the count above it was wrong.
- A live card at the top of the Batches tab shows what is going out right now, with a moving bar while it is actually sending. Pick a teammate to see theirs, or everyone in the office to see all of them. It appears the moment you press Approve & Send, and shows nothing when nothing is running.
- A batch that stops because the mail or text provider went down now says so, shows on your attention board, and has a Resume button. Your teammates can resume it too, and it retries on its own.
- Improved
- The Batches tab and batch details show figures and a chart where they used to show paragraphs. The reasons sellers could not be reached are now a chart you can read at a glance, with the full explanation still there on hover.
- The wording warning on the Send tab is now a risk figure, the phrase that caused it, and one line telling you what to write instead. The measurements behind it moved behind a "Why?".
- Plain English across the console. Explanatory paragraphs, help text nobody asked for and engineering jargon have been cut from settings, leads, deals, offices, onboarding and the product tours — the facts and figures stay.
- Fixed
- Your bucket now adds up. It showed one total and two buttons whose numbers did not reach it, and leads you had already approved were counted in the total but appeared nowhere — while the card said nothing had been sent. It is one bucket now, with every group shown and the parts summing to the total.
- Approving one group now prices that group. The confirmation quoted figures for the whole bucket, so pressing a 12-lead group could say 65 sellers.
- A check on your attention board was timing out and showing a broken card instead of its answer — the one that tells you an employee is switched on and idle while leads on their book have never been contacted.
- An AI teammate can no longer work a lead you have taken over. It was still possible for one to be handed a property through a chat mention and start working it.
