What's new

New: Verified caller ID (SHAKEN/STIR) can now be set up from Settings → Phone numbers with one press, and it shows how many of your numbers are registered. A number that is not registered is treated by receiving carriers as if nobody could vouch for the call, which is what gets a call labelled or ignored. It is free, and a reminder appears once you have a number that has not been done.
The phone numbers page now shows what the carriers actually think of you: your registration's trust score, how many text parts a day it buys, how many you have sent today, your texts-per-second, and both carriers' grades. Each number also shows whether it is properly attached to your registration — a number that has drifted off is the single biggest cause of texts being refused.
Improved: Plain English across every settings page. Explanatory paragraphs, help text nobody asked for and engineering jargon are gone from billing, offices, underwriting, payout, closing, documents, branding, security, skip tracing, roles, audit, usage and the rest — the facts and figures stay. Product tours were rewritten for people rather than engineers.
The Approve & Send confirmation now shows figures instead of 250 words. What it costs you in text parts and emails, who it reaches, and the one warning that matters are on screen; the detail is behind a link if you want it.
Fast Mode's other dialogs, the hand-over card, the share dialog and the composer hints lost their paragraphs the same way.
Fixed: The templates page no longer shows the throwaway wordings your AI teammates write for each batch — there were 96 of them from five days. Templates now record who wrote them and what they are for, and a daily tidy-up retires spent batch wordings while leaving anything a live or resumable batch still needs.
Your AI teammates now use the templates your firm wrote, chosen by what the message is for, and rotate through them rather than sending everyone the same sentence.
Several settings screens were printing raw error codes next to the message, and one was showing how many milliseconds a decision took plus a page of raw data.
The registration fee now reflects what the phone carriers actually charge. It had been set against a cost figure that was badly out of date.
