- New
- Schedule a text. Pick a time in the message box and it goes then — and your AI teammates can schedule, list and cancel them too. Everything is checked again at the moment it sends, so a text queued for tomorrow still respects opt-outs, quiet hours, your carrier limit and your budget. If the seller writes back first, it does not go.
- The Usage page is now one page for everything: a line chart across the last twelve months, every unit you actually use, and an office picker so you can see one office or the whole firm.
- Texts and Calls tabs now carry counts, and an email nobody has opened shows in bold — per person, so your teammate reading their mail does not clear it for you.
- Improved
- The Roles page is written for people. Each seat lists what it can DO — managing billing, qualifying leads, texting leads — instead of 141 permission codes, and custom roles are built the same way. Two of those codes were also shown twice, and one screen counted them differently from the next.
- Templates: click a detail to drop it into your message instead of typing {{property.address}}. Label what each template is for, search and filter the list, see who wrote each one — and the throwaway wordings your AI teammates write per batch no longer fill it up.
- On a lead, Title & deed, the price you promised and the price you set are folded away by default — each showing its own state, so a promise you have made is still visible without opening it.
- Fixed
- The Fast Mode limits row shows where its number comes from — your plan's share plus the texts you have bought — and marks which limit runs out first. Carrier detail moved out of the way.
- Details, Messages and Send again were overlapping on batch rows.
- The Usage trend drawer failed to open. An overage now reads as texts drawn from packs you bought, not as an alarm, and rows show who actually caused the usage instead of "system".
- An email that could not be delivered, an account nobody can be emailed about, and a batch of leads waiting to be sent are all raised properly instead of only reaching a log file.
