What's new

New: A Land map page of its own, in the left menu. Search any address — or just a town, like "Charlotte" — and the map flies to it. The same layers you already had on a lead are all here.
Clicking a lot now opens a full property page instead of a three-line card: an aerial of the lot, what the land is worth against what is built on it, acreage, zoning, last sale, tax and more. When a county does not publish something it says so, rather than showing you a blank.
Comparable sales, on the lot you clicked. Filter by when it sold, price, square feet, lot size, bedrooms and bathrooms. It always tells you how many sales an answer stands on, and a county that publishes no bedroom count says so against the bedroom filter instead of quietly finding nothing.
Run your underwriting from the lot itself and see the breakdown — what you can pay, what it is worth, what can be built, what it costs. Export it as a PDF report with your R35 logo. There are two versions: the buyer's copy stops at the buyer's maximum and never shows your fee or the seller's price.
Improved: Finding empty lots now filters out company-owned property by default, and tells you how many it set aside so you can turn it off. You can search other property types too, not only vacant land.
