What's new
- New
- Skip trace a whole selection from the leads list. It tells you how many traces it will use and what your balance will be afterwards before anything runs, and if the balance runs out part way it says how many were never looked at.
- Improved
- The Land map now opens on a map — where you were last, or around your own leads — instead of a blank page. Type three letters and it suggests towns and your own leads as you go, and picking a town draws its boundary on the map.
- Sold-nearby now shows a building or a lot icon with the price on it, and you can click one to see the sale. Comparable sales are drawn on the map too, numbered to match the list, so you can click any of them to see why it sold for what it did.
- Far less wording. Every map layer toggle is one line, and the empty-lots card now shows three counts — empty, built, and not known — instead of a paragraph.
- Fixed
- Clicking a lot opens its details — including on an address you searched for that is not one of your leads, which showed nothing before. After finding empty lots, clicking one opens it instead of dropping it from your selection; use the tick box or the card's own button to take it out.
