What's new

New: The property card now shows who sold and who bought. A company buyer is marked, so you can spot the builders and investors buying in an area. Where a name was worked out from the run of earlier sales rather than taken straight off the deed, it is marked Likely so you always know which is which.
Run the numbers on any lot straight from the map and export a clean report with your logo on it. Nothing you try is saved to the property, so you can test a price without your team or your agents treating it as the price you have set.
Improved: The Land map now draws lot lines and lot names for an address you search, the same as the lead page, and every map layer works there too. The page also runs edge to edge.
Click a comparable sale to open that property. The comparables list pages, so a busy area no longer buries the card.
You can take a lot as a lead straight from the Land map.
The cards on the map say it in figures and labels instead of paragraphs, so they are far shorter and you can read them at a glance.
Onboarding is shorter, and a DealMachine key is now optional — you can find lots inside R35 without one.
Fixed: The property card no longer says there were no earlier sales when it had not actually looked for them.
Sellers your team has taken over, and sellers already in a text batch, are no longer reported as follow-ups that failed.
