What's new
- New
- A new lead status, Qualified - No Contact Info, for a good lead nobody can reach. The system files it the moment it is true - every number a landline and no email, or a search that found nobody - and it clears the lead off your agent, out of any batch, and cancels the outreach tasks. If a mobile or an email ever turns up, the lead comes back out on its own.
- When a bulk skip trace finds nobody at all, one press clears them all up: out of the bucket, off the agent, and filed under the new status.
- Beds, baths and heated area on the property card, wherever the county publishes them.
- Improved
- Underwriting now works on every lot, on the Land map and on any lot you click from a lead. It no longer explains itself for six paragraphs before showing you the box to type in.
- The clicked-lot card carries the whole property: who bought and who sold, land facts, title and deed, lot dimensions, legal description. A name worked out from earlier sales is marked Likely, so you always know which is which.
- The property card is wider, its aerial photo is centred, and the search bar has moved left to make room.
- Typing an address now suggests real addresses and streets, not only leads you already have.
- Charlotte lots now follow the city's own zoning, and the seven towns follow theirs. A lot outside every map on record says the district is unknown rather than none.
- The Fast Mode batch receipt is figures instead of paragraphs.
- Fixed
- An email address that bounces no longer reads as though the seller asked us to stop. They are different things and now say so.
- A spam complaint is now counted, and the complaint rate is on your do-not-email page.
- The home screen stopped timing out while working out what needs your attention.
