What's new

Improved: Press Run underwriting on any lot and R35 works out what it is worth - from nearby sales, from land sales by the acre, from the county's own value, or from what the lot itself last sold for. It tells you which of those it used and how confident it is. Nothing is saved to the property. Typing your own maximum is now an option for testing a price, not something you have to do first.
The lot card now answers about the deed, the last sale and the title from the county's own record, instead of saying you have not made it a lead yet.
Fixed: Clicking a pin or a cluster on the Leads map and the Buyers map now works. It was taking every click as a drag, which is why the map only ever moved.
A vacant lot is no longer priced as though it were a house. It was quietly answering with the median price of the houses around it.
A lot with no street address on file can now be valued from its own position on the map.
