What's new

New: Preview a contract while it is still awaiting signatures, on both the Documents and Contracts tabs. You see the same copy the signer sees, with any signatures already on it. Looking does not record anything against the seller and does not change the document.
Improved: Owner names now come through on 365 more counties, and lot lines on 222 more. Two counties that were recorded as publishing nothing turned out to publish everything.
