What's new

New: A contract can now go to more than one seller. Add each person with their own name, email and phone; every one of them gets their own signing link and their own signature block, and the contract is not finished until all of them have signed. A one-signer contract looks exactly as it did before.
Choose how each signer hears about it - one by email, another by text, on the same contract. Texts go out on your own number. If somebody cannot be texted you are told at the time, with the reason, instead of it failing quietly.
Two owners who share one phone or one email can both be reached through it. Each still gets their own link that signs only their own block.
Map your own contract once. Upload the PDF, check what each blank is for, correct anything we read wrong, and it is remembered for next time.
Improved: Names now print first name first. County records list owners surname first, and that was going straight onto contracts.
The send screen lists the people signing instead of the roles.
You are no longer stopped from sending because a signer's name, email or phone does not match what the county has on file. The person signing is often not the name on the deed.
