What's new

New: When a seller signs on paper or at a title company, you can record it on the deal, and the deal says plainly whether we hold the signed agreement, whether somebody told us it was signed, or whether nobody knows.
You can now pull any page out into its own window and work two pages side by side, including two land maps at once.
Improved: The land map reuses what it already looked up, so coming back to it and repeating a search no longer waits on the same lookups again.
Fixed: A call from a seller or buyer on a conversation you have taken over now rings your phone, instead of going to voicemail. The two sides of a deal also stop disagreeing about which phone that is.
Buyer outreach now sits before Under contract on a deal, which is the order the work actually happens in - so a deal can show that you are asking buyers without also claiming the seller has signed.
A deal that is still asking buyers no longer offers to close, because nothing on it says the seller has signed yet.
Coming back to the land map now shows what you last searched for in the search box, instead of an empty box over the same view.
