What's new

Improved: Your cards and panels now let the animated background show through while it is switched on, so you can actually see it instead of catching a corner of it between cards. Switch the background off and everything goes back to looking exactly as it did before — nothing about your normal view changes.
All sixteen backgrounds now read equally clearly. Eight of them were effectively invisible: the fine ones — stars, contour lines, rain — were being washed out by the same softening that suited the bolder ones like the skyline. Each now sets its own strength, and reads the same whether you work in a light theme or a dark one.
