What's new

New: On the phone, an AI employee's page now shows what they are doing this minute: working, idle or off, the step they are on, how long, and the lead they are on as a row you can open.
On the phone, tap a picture in a text or email thread to see it full screen, like Messages: pinch or double-tap to zoom, swipe between the thread's pictures, swipe down to close, and share it.
A link in a chat post, a Brain answer or an email now opens inside the app, with the screen you tapped it from waiting at the bottom: swipe it up to come back.
Team chat shows whether each colleague is online, away or offline, with when they were last seen, on the desktop and the phone.
Lead colours are on the phone: pick one from the lead menu, and every list that shows a lead wears its colour as a stripe.
Any file that could run code — a script, a program, a web page, a PDF carrying a script — is refused with one label before it uploads, everywhere a file can be attached.
Your phone can now tell you about new leads once every 100, once a day, every lead, or not at all — every 100 is the new default.
