What's new

New: You can now email or text an attorney or a buyer without assigning a teammate to them first, and you choose which teammate's address it goes out from. An attorney belongs to the whole firm rather than to one teammate, so asking you to assign somebody was asking for something nobody would ever do. Seller leads still work as before — those stay with whoever is assigned.
Improved: A text held back because it is outside someone's contact hours now shows as pending with the time it will be sent, instead of being crossed out as though it failed. It was always queued and always went out on its own; the screen just did not say so.
Your Fast Mode bucket now shows the leads you staged separately from the ones your AI teammate planned, so you can approve either on its own.
Fixed: An introduction email to an attorney could go to the wrong person — a seller on a different lead — because your teammate was told "no property matches" for a lead type that never has a property, and went looking for an address. Fixed, and the mailbox list now shows who each message actually went to, so nobody can report an email as sent to somebody who never received it.
People copied on an email your teammate sent were not being recorded, so your own history showed no copies on messages that had them.
