What's new

Improved: The Fast Mode batch screen now counts SELLERS rather than messages. A batch texts several numbers and an email for one person, so a seller reached on their second number was being counted as blocked on their first: one batch read "199 blocked" when 90 of 114 sellers had actually been reached and only 24 got nothing. A seller reached on any one of their numbers is no longer counted as blocked at all.
That screen no longer shows its outcomes in alarm red. Every reason is still there, in the same words — a landline is still called a landline — but a batch that mostly worked no longer reads as a batch that failed.
Your admins can now do everything you can except make somebody else an owner — including adding a card and managing the plan. The role descriptions in the app said admins could not touch billing, which is no longer true, and the plan page said only the account owner could change it.
Fixed: The app no longer offers to ask sellers for photographs of their property. It was asking on leads that had not been agreed yet — including ones already ruled out — and there was nowhere for the photos to be published to.
A phone number belonging to somebody else said so twice in the same sentence: "belongs to MICHIE C EPLEE, who is not the person this lead is about — not to the person this lead is about."
