What's new

New: A batch that has finished now offers “Send again” — pick the other rail and it starts a new batch over that batch’s sellers, leaving out the ones it already reached there. If a batch went out by email only, sending it again by text reaches everybody; the rail is pre-picked to the one the batch did not use. Leave the wording empty and it carries that batch’s own words forward. Your agents can do this too, so you can just ask for it in chat.
Batch rows now show which rails a batch actually went out on, and a follow-up batch names the one it came from.
Improved: Your employees no longer get a separate task per seller for work that is days away. A paced follow-up to 42 sellers is now one batch, planned for the day it is due and sized on that day against your carrier cap, your budget and what that employee can actually send. It is cut on the day rather than four days early, so nobody gets texted who has answered you in the meantime.
Fixed: Cancelling a batch now gives its sellers back. They were being stranded — left marked to a batch that no longer exists, so they sat in nobody’s bucket and could not be worked. They come back needing a fresh Approve & Send, so nothing goes out on its own, and anyone the batch already reached is left alone. Leads stranded by earlier cancellations are returned automatically.
One seller replying “stop” was cancelling the whole batch for everybody else in it.
A batch stopped because the carrier filtered it said “0 are held rather than sent into a block” — it always said zero. It now says it stopped, why, and where its sellers went.
Cancelling a batch late in the month was leaving that month committed for messages that will never be sent, and handing the next month room nobody paid for. A release is now credited to the month the messages were committed in.
