What's new

New: Historical weather and sun exposure on every lead's property: monthly temperatures, rain, snow, UV and humidity, plus a sun path by time and date.
Lot details show the electric utility and rate, water system, solar estimate, stories and style; listings take HOA and directions.
Send the closing file by text as a link, see when it was opened, and take a link back.
Sun path lights up the lot from the sun's side; Moon shows the night, the moon's size and phase, and upcoming full moons and eclipses.
Improved: Sun path shows how strong the sun is: red near sunrise and sunset, yellow at its height.
Sun exposure is now Sun & moon.
Fixed: Sunrise and sunset read the property's real time zone, even near a zone line.
