- New
- New Property Data tab on every lead — see the lot/land size (acreage), zoning, parcel details, and land facts like public sewer, public water, power at the road, flood zone, wetlands, slope, and the nearest fire station, all in one place. Anything not yet checked clearly says "Not checked yet" instead of looking blank.
- New-lead email alerts — owners and admins now get a short email when fresh leads come in, with a summary of what landed and the top-scoring ones. It's sent at most once an hour, so you stay informed without being spammed.
- Improved
- DealMachine now runs a set number of hunts per day instead of unlimited — 2 a day on Foundation and up to 4 on Premium — so it brings in fresh leads without burning through your data. You can set this on the DealMachine settings screen.
- DealMachine hunts no longer bring back the same properties over and over. Each hunt now pulls a fresh page of results, so scheduled hunts actually add new leads.
- The Re-score button now asks you to confirm before it recomputes your leads' scores, so you don't trigger it by accident.
- Fixed
- Vacant lots and land with no street address are now kept as leads instead of quietly disappearing. They arrive flagged as needing an address — add one and you can qualify them.
- Qualifying or re-qualifying a lead no longer wrongly says your buy box is empty when you have one set.
- Leads no longer go missing during a brief service hiccup. Background work now waits and retries instead of giving up, so nothing gets dropped.
