What's new

New: Team Calendar — set which team members can do property tours, the areas they'll travel to, and their weekly availability. Your AI employee can then book a tour with the best available person, put it on everyone's calendar, and email + text the client automatically.
Pay an invoice right from the app — see your invoices with a PDF, click Pay, and it uses your saved card (or add a new one), emails you a receipt, and marks it paid. You'll also see a clear banner and an alert on your board whenever an invoice needs paying.
Create tasks by hand for any of your AI employees — one at a time or in bulk — from the employee's Tasks tab, and the Brain can create them for you from chat too.
The Brain chat now shows what it's working on in the background (e.g. "evaluating leads") so a message you send while it's busy no longer looks stuck.
Improved: Your AI employees now only get leads that are actually ready to work — with a property and a way to reach the owner (or, for buyers, a contact). Finding missing addresses and owner details is now done automatically behind the scenes, so your employees stay focused on reaching out to sellers and buyers, not chasing data.
The lead's Calls tab now shows the full call transcript, and the call button is clearer — "Ask Uzo to call" opens a box where you say what the call should be about (you can dictate it), and "Call myself" lets you speak to the client yourself.
New "Property data" tab and an "Archived" filter on your leads; archived leads no longer clutter your main list.
Fixed: Fixed the "Call myself" button, which was failing to start the call.
Fixed "buy box is empty" appearing when you qualify or re-qualify a lead even though you have a buy box set.
Internal system notices (like database capacity) no longer show up on your attention board — you only see things you can actually act on.
