What's new

New: You can now text a lead without assigning it to anyone first — open the Texts tab on any lead and send from your own number. And when you later hand that lead to an AI teammate, they pick up the whole conversation and know you'd already been talking to the seller.
Every buyer on a lead's Buyers list now has a “View details” button that opens that buyer's full profile right over the lead — so you can size them up without losing your place.
New “Refer a friend” button so you can share R35 with someone in a couple of taps.
Improved: Your lead's linked buyer now shows WHY they're a match — the county overlap, what they buy, how active they've been, and how to reach them — so you've got your talking points before you call.
If your texting registration ever gets turned down, R35 now tells you plainly and opens a correction form that's already filled in, with the exact fields you need to fix highlighted — so you can send it back in about a minute.
A buyer's intelligence report is now organized into four clean tabs, so their deed history, activity, and contact details are easier to scan.
The onboarding plan cards now show how many skip traces each plan includes (50 on Foundation, 100 on Premium).
