What's new

New: New Land layers map — on any lead you can now switch the property map to a full land view and toggle overlays for flood zones, wetlands, soil, parcel lines, school districts, terrain and more, pulled live from free government data. It also draws the property's real parcel boundary and shows a Land facts card with acreage, zoning, flood zone, nearby utilities (sewer/water/power/fire) and terrain.
Improved: The property map now draws the actual parcel boundary from county records instead of an approximate box.
Fixed: The What's-new card now reliably appears after an update — a reinstall could previously cause it to be skipped.
