What's new

New
  • The Land layers map now shows buildability at a glance — the parcel shades green, yellow or red for how buildable it is based on flood zone, wetlands and slope, with a legend and a one-line reason (and it says “not assessed” rather than guessing when the data isn't there).
  • Every map layer now has a legend so you can tell what the colors mean, plus a maximize button to open the map full-screen.
  • See a builder's buying footprint on a map — a new Map tab on any builder plots every property they've bought, each pinned with its parcel outlined; click a pin for the purchase details and land facts.
Improved
  • The Land layers map got a full redesign — cleaner and easier to read, opens on a topographic view, reliably centers on the property even when it has no saved coordinates, highlights the exact parcel in blue, and remembers land data so it loads instantly the next time (refreshed every 60 days).
  • Before a skip trace runs, R35 now shows the real per-lead cost and the total added to your monthly invoice and asks you to confirm — and leads already covered by your monthly allowance show as no charge.
Fixed
  • Skip tracing showed a placeholder $0.20 estimate and a broken “fresh until” date; both now show the real price and real freshness.
  • Some map data layers (like terrain and soil) weren't loading in the app; they now do.
  • The Land facts panel now appears on every property — before, it would vanish on leads whose address needed cleanup.
  • Fixed a crash that could happen when toggling map layers.
  • When your AI assistant got stuck repeating a step, it now often recovers on its own — and if it can't, it explains what happened and suggests switching the model, instead of a vague error.
