What's new

New: Buy skip traces up front — pick a pack (500 up to 10,000) on the AI spend page and pay with your saved card, so your team never stops mid-hunt.
See exactly which AI teammate ran which skip trace, and when — a new Skip-trace usage tab on each employee.
Missing property details now have a Check button — fill in flood zone, wetlands, sewer, water, power, fire station or terrain on the spot, and R35 remembers it so it never has to look again.
You can now close a deal (and reopen one you marked dead) right from the deal's page.
Improved: Deals look and read like real deals — each one is named by its property address and seller instead of a code, the money is easier to scan, and the history shows which AI teammate did each thing.
The skip trace page is now a clean table showing the person's name, every phone and email, whether a number is still active or dead, and it stays put when you leave the page and come back.
The Parties section on a lead is now a table with a status for every phone and email, so you can see at a glance what's been verified.
Skip tracing no longer stops to ask you to approve each cost — traces simply draw from your balance, and R35 tells you when it's time to top up.
When your AI teammates get stuck, they now ask their manager first and only bring you in when the manager genuinely can't decide — and they pick up right where they left off once answered.
Your AI teammates can now work a seller's whole contact list — if one number or email goes quiet, they move on to the next one on their own.
Fixed: The “What's new” card now actually appears after the app updates and restarts — it was being forgotten every time the app reopened.
Skip trace results no longer vanish when you switch away and come back, and the seller's name now shows with the numbers.
Land details that couldn't be looked up no longer just read “Not checked” with no way forward.
