What's new

New: See what a property is worth — R35 works out a value from nearby sales, the county's own assessment, or what it last sold for, and always tells you which one it used and how sure it is. You can also type your own figure.
Every lead now shows its selling history — what it last sold for and when, plus earlier sales where the county publishes them (and it says plainly when a county doesn't publish prices at all).
Click any lot on the land map to see who owns it and save it as a neighbour — the whole parcel grid is drawn, not just the property you're looking at.
Check a phone or email on a lead without running a full skip trace — a Validate button on each contact tells you if it's still good.
Improved: Put a caller on hold properly, with music — and the call now follows you around the app in a small dock instead of ending when you navigate away.
Lead hunting runs on its own schedule now. It used to quietly stop whenever no AI employee was switched on, which is why leads dried up without warning.
DealMachine tells you the truth: a hunt you start by hand is labelled Manual, you can watch it running, and “last successful sync” actually updates when one finishes.
Your attention list only shows things that genuinely need YOU to decide something. Jobs R35 should be doing itself — retrying a county records site, re-checking a phone line — it now does itself, quietly.
“Waiting 3 days” on your attention list is now true. Some items were quietly resetting their clock, so an expired email key could sit there reading “waiting 2 minutes” forever.
Fixed: Active sessions showed a single device in the wrong place. It now lists every computer you're signed in on, with a real location and a last-seen time that updates while you work.
An offer could never actually be sent to a seller — the send was switched off behind the scenes. Offers now go out by email or text, and a signable document follows the moment the seller replies.
A deal could pass your buy box while making far less than your minimum profit. The check was comparing two different units, so a $3,200 profit slipped past a $10,000 minimum.
When a seller texts back a counter-offer, it now reaches your negotiation history. That had never worked — counters only ever appeared if someone typed them in by hand.
