What's new

New
  • A real parcel map: every lot around your property is drawn, click one to see who owns it, what it's worth and whether it's buildable — and save that owner as a neighbour lead in one tap.
  • The lead's own lot is marked as its own, and the county's owner of that parcel can be filed onto the lead — useful when a lead arrives with no name attached at all.
  • See the offer number R35 worked out, with every cost behind it: repairs, holding, closing, commission and your fee, so you can see why the number is the number.
  • Five more map layers — flood, wetlands, terrain and more — each one checked against the live source before it shipped, plus all three base maps a tap apart.
Improved
  • The map is much faster and much clearer: lot lines draw as tiles, the lot you pick reads as picked, a full detail card opens beside it, and each layer explains itself once you turn it on.
  • Neighbours now tell you which side of the property they're on, in words.
  • AI employees show which verified phone a live call can be handed to.
  • After a CSV import you can jump straight to the leads you just brought in.
Fixed
  • The buy box no longer says a property is above your price ceiling when nobody has valued it yet — an unknown was being reported as a confident rejection.
  • Signing in on two devices at once no longer leaves one of them getting logged out for a moment; the fix also means signing out really signs that device out everywhere.
  • Lot lines and the parcel boundary now actually appear — a guard was quietly drawing nothing.
  • Owner names show on the map, and the picked-lot card no longer opens behind the panel.
